This system was excavated during the Indochina War by the National Front for the Liberation of South Vietnam. The tunnel system includes an infirmary, several rooms, a kitchen, a storage room, an office, an underground tunnel system. The tunnel system is about 200 km long and has ventilation systems in place of bushes.

The building was designed by American architect Zapata and opened on 31/10/2010. With a height of 269 meters, Bitexco Financial Tower has become the 110th tallest building in the world.
The first experience of visitors inside this building is to visit a modern commercial center with many restaurants, amusement parks, movie theatres and so on. Furthermore, the building has 12 lifts at a speed of 7m / s to help people move to anywhere in the building within 45 seconds. This speed will sometimes make visitors stunned when they first enter but this is definitely a great experience.

Visitors are interested in Saigon's tallest "sky view" on the 49th floor of the building, called Saigon Skydeck. In addition, the helipad on the 52nd floor also impresses visitors because of the distance that looks like a lotus flower.
